The Nodmother is owned by Alex who is a passionate infant sleep coach. Alex works with infant’s from newborn through to the age of 7, addressing a variety of sleep issues, such as early starts, night wakings, false starts and bedtime battles.

She is based in Hampshire but works remotely with families all over the UK.
